A. We’ve worked very hard to simplify the process to only Four Easy Steps…

1. Choose the dates, type of Laptop, and quantity you would like to rent.

2. Choose from the available models we have in stock.

3. Add any options you would like, then proceed to your final summary and quote.

4. If at this point you would like to rent the computer… proceed to checkout, enter your info, and that’s it!

A. All quoted rental rates are for the Entire Rental Period. You are not charged for days in transit! If your rental period is greater than 37 days it will be broken down in increments of 30 days to help you understand the pricing.

Rental charges are billed at the start of the rental period.

Rentals that exceed 37 days will be billed at the start of each 30-day period.
For example, if you rent a laptop for 36 days, you will be billed once at the start of the rental period. If you rent a laptop for 49 days, you will be billed once at the start of the rental period for the first 30 days, and then again on the 31^st day for the remaining 19 days.

A. We DO NOT charge for the days in transit!

We provide FREE shipping for all laptop & projector rentals via 3 day UPS when shipping to the customer. The method of shipping is solely at our discretion. We also include a prepaid return label for you to return your laptop rental.

On same day or overnight deliveries guaranteed by 10:30am, a $45. charge is added to the order. You may also select shipping guaranteed by 8:30am for a total of $90.

A. There is NO security deposit required! However we do require a major credit card to process your order.

A. We DO NOT offer insurance coverage on the laptop you rent, other than while in transit.

We do however have a suggestion… Call your own homeowners or business insurance carrier, and request for a “rider” to be placed on your policy for the laptop rental period. There is usually no additional charge for this service.

A. In the event that you need to return a rental earlier than the original rental period, credit will be applied as follows.

Our rate is structured so that there is the first day base rate, which varies from laptop to laptop (for example $87.), and daily rate increments thereafter, again varies from laptop to laptop (for example $5.). Credit for early return is issued on the daily rate increments x the number of days left in the rental period.
